On offer is a Genuine Sheffield Assayed Sterling Silver Handled Butter Knife bearing the Sailsbury Pattern. The item has a steel blade with a mirror finish. Each Butter Spreader is meticulously restored and silver finished to perfection.

The Silver Handle is hallmarked with the with the letter D for 1921 along with the Lion Passant, Crown and the Makers Mark JS&S - the mark for the sought after John Sanderson & Sons. The item is in fantastic condition for its age as the photos reflect, the hallmarks are in great condition. The Butter Knife is 19 cm in length and weighs 36 grammes.
