On offer is a Genuine Sheffield Assayed Sterling Silver Handled Letter Opener bearing the Feather Edge Pattern. The item has a steel blade with a mirror finish. Each Letter Opener is meticulously restored and silver finished to perfection.

The Silver Handle is hallmarked with the with the letter B for 1919 along with the Lion Passant, Crown and the Makers mark which is J.B - the makers mark for the sought after John Biggin. The item is in fantastic condition for its age as the photos reflect, hallmarks are slightly rubbed. The Paper Knife is 22 cm in length and weighs 33 grammes.
